FileEarner PPD is a self-hosted Pay-Per-Download (PPD) file monetization platform. The system covers the full pipeline—upload → share → download → commission → payout—and supports stacked monetization: VIP memberships, ads, paid downloads, referral CPS/CPA, and points-based engagement. Switch domestic (cn) and international (intl) markets at runtime via config (currency, payments, OAuth, compliance) with no separate builds.
